POLICIES
The Venice Zen Cottages are furnished short-term rentals located in a quiet residential "Walk Street" neighborhood. We make every effort to both be good neighbors and to maintain the special character and condition of the cottages and gardens.
- Normal check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am.
- Please, no smoking indoors, and thank you for respecting this rule.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Parties, gatherings, and loud behavior and are not allowed.
- Linens and towels are included, but there is no daily maid service.
(Please bring your own beach towels.)
- Cancellations, or changes that result in a shortened stay, may result in full loss of the advance payment. We will make every effort to re-book the space in which case, the resulting credit will be passed on - subject to $100 cancellation fee.
